In a dramatic and rollercoaster fuelled Tokyo Olympics, Pieter Devos and Claire Z helped Team Belgium secure a bronze medal in the Team Final. After a flawless qualifying round, Pieter and Claire pulled out all the stops alongside teammates Jérôme Guery and Grégory Wathelet to bring home a medal, with USA taking Silver and Gold to Sweden after a hotly contested competition. 

Pieter said on his social media: "What a feeling. I’m finding it hard to find the right words… The Tokyo Olympics has been a breathtaking journey, finishing with bringing home a medal for Team Belgium I kept my plan and focus, but most of all the trust and belief in my incredible horse Claire. She jumped her absolute heart out for me and I could not be more proud of her.

A huge thank you to Simon who has cared for her so perfectly and with so much love, my family and friends who have always supported us, all the team at home who have been instrumental in making this happen, my amazing partners around the world and of course my brilliant team mates. Big congratulations to Sweden and the USA too.
